Shipping policy

All items will be processed the same or next day. For same day processing or shipping, sales need to be in before noon that day EST time zone. Same day processing or shipping is not guaranteed. Once the item has been shipped and tracking, it is out of our control and Sunproductz LLC is not responsible for late or lost packages. Although The staff at SP LLC will help find your package, it is up to the buyer to put in any claims for the shipping company.
